Round Table

In my English class, we do an activity that was the round table and in this activity, we talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the social networks, that was the first subject that we talk, last we talk about why the government of other countries banned the social networks, in this part my classmates said that the reason of the banned was the bad use of the persons but they think that not all the country have to pay the price of an error of a sector of they society, but is really complicated don't have to ban the social network when this destroy your society but it is true that the same social network can ban the account of this person but you can do others account with other name and this goes to continue and I try to said my solution for this case but in this moment I can´t said that (we know that youtube is a part of google and for had an account in youtube, you need an account in google and that's no good because when youtube ban the account this person create others account and he can continue with this but I think that if we separated youtube of google we can control that because when you goes to create your account you have to accept the terms and conditions of youtube and in this moment that we select create, youtube have to save the code of the electronic that they use and the IP number that is the name of the internet, and when they banned the person they never can do others account) but it is my idea I don't know if this can help to avoid the ban of the social networks in the countries but I can't say what they have to does they work.
